What's it all about?
We are a family of ethicurean farmers raising rare-breed Large Black pigs and pastured Lowline cattle on 69 acres of volcanic paddocks just outside Daylesford, Victoria.
We butcher on farm at Jonai Meatsmiths, and sell our uncommonly delicious ethical pork and beer-fed beef at the farm gate and through delivery systems to Woodend, Castlemaine, Ballarat & hubs in Melbourne.
